摘  要:变压器油中溶解气体的定量分析可为变压器早期故障诊断提供重要的技术支撑。从气相色谱仪的性能和实际使用情况两个方面比较了中分2000A气相色谱仪和Agilent6820气相色谱仪在定量分析变压器油中溶解气体的差异。中分2000A气相色谱仪的基线噪音和基线漂移相对较小,Agilent6820气相色谱仪的自动化程度高,重复性较好。中分2000A气相色谱仪适合同时测定多个样品(超过8个),而Agilent6820气相色谱仪测定单个样品更方便快捷。对于测定乙炔和氢气来说,中分2000A气相色谱仪的测定结果较Agilent6820气相色谱仪的测定结果更准确。Quantitative analysis of dissolved gases in transformer oils could provide important technical support for early fault diagnosis of transformers. The difference in the quantitative analysis of the dissolved gas in transformer oils was compared between the performance of the gas chromatographs and the actual usage in the Zhongfen2000A gas chromatograph and the Agilent6820 gas chromatograph. Baseline noise and baseline drift on the Zhongfen2000A gas chromatograph was relatively low. The Agilent6820 gas chromatograph was highly automated and reproducible. The Zhongfen2000A gas chromatograph was suitable for the simultaneous determination of multiple samples (more than 8 samples ) .The Agilent6820 gas chromatograph was more convenient and quicker for single samples. For the determination of acetylene and hydrogen, the determination of the Zhongfen2000A gas chromatograph was more accurate than that of the Agilent 6820 gas chromatograph.
