摘　　要：本文通过对青年群体(主要为在2015—2017年间毕业并就业的高职院校毕业生)就业意向与就业影响因素的调查,发现问题并提出具有针对性的建议,为我国政府进一步规范就业制度,建立公平有序的就业市场,加强对青年的就业服务和指导工作提供理论依据,也为相关部门制定青年就业政策,完善家庭就业观念,青年树立适合自己的就业意向提供参考。Through to the youth group（mainly in the 2015~2017, graduation and employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges）employment intention and influence factor of employment survey, this paper found the problem and put forward with pertinence suggestion, for the Chinese government to further standardize the employment system, to establish a fair and orderly labor market, strengthen the employment of the youth service provides the theoretical basis and guidance work, also for related department to make the youth employment policy, improve the household employment concept, youth to set up suitable employment intention to provide the reference.
