摘 要:针对软件即服务(Software as a Service,Saa S)的风险评估问题,提出评估框架并给出评估方法;指出了各评估要素的关键内容,通过运用专家打分构造隶属度矩阵、熵权法确定要素客观权重,最后合成综合风险;案例部分表明该评估原理及方法具有可行性,该研究为Saa S服务提供商、采纳企业及其他利益相关者评估Saa S风险提供理论与方法支持。Aiming at the problem of risk assessment of software as a service (SaaS), an assessment framework is proposed and the assessment method is given. The key elements of each evaluation factor are pointed out, and the membership matrix is constructed by expert scoring, the objective weight of factors is determined by entropy method, and finally the aggregated risk is synthesized. A case is provided which shows that the risk assessment principle and our calculation method are feasible. This work provides theoretical and methodological support to SaaS service providers, SaaS adoption businesses and other stakeholders in assessing SaaS risk.
