原发性开角型青光眼药物治疗的中、远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察原发性开角型青光眼药物治疗的中、远期疗效。方法抽取近两年在黄石市爱康医院接受诊治的40例原发性开角型青光眼作为研究对象,所有患者均进行随诊,随诊时间为1~3年,对患者进行病情评估后均使用拉坦前列素滴眼液治疗,治疗后应定期进行视力检查、视野检查、眼压检查,检查时间分别为治疗后3、6个月,1、3年,比较治疗前后眼压。观察是否存在不良反应等。结果用药后3个月、6个月、1年以及3年眼压与治疗前眼压比较差异有统计学意义;用药后1年后与3年后眼压差异无统计学意义。用药后3个月、6个月、1年以及3年眼压与治疗前视野比较差异有统计学意义;用药后1年后与3年后视野差异无统计学意义。40例患者不良反应发生率为12.50%。结论为原发性开角型青光眼患者进行药物治疗效果显著,短期内可有效改善其眼压以及视野,不良反应发生率也较低,但长期治疗控制眼压效果并不理想,因此应根据患者病情为其考虑进行手术治疗。Objective To observe the medium and long - term effects of drug therapy for primary open - angle glaucoma. Methods 40 patients with primary open - angle glaucoma who were treated in the hospital in recent two years were selected as the study objects.All patients were followed up for 1～3 years.The patients were treated with ratanprost eye drops after evaluation.After treatment,visual acuity examination,visual field examination and intraocular pressure examination should be carried out regularly.The time of examination was 3 months,6 months 1 year and 3 years,respectively.The intraocular pressure was compared before and after treatment to observe the presence of adverse reactions and so on. Results Intraocular pressure （IOP） of 3 months,6 months,1 year and 3 years after treatment was compared with that before treatment.There was a significant difference in intraocular pressure.There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure between 1 and 3 years after medication.There was a significant difference in intraocular pressure between 3 months,6 months,1 and 3 years after medication ,and there was no significant difference in the field of vision after 1 and 3 years after medication.The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.50% in 40 patients. Conclusion The effect of the primary open angle glaucoma is remarkable.In the short term,the intraocular pressure and the visual field can be improved effectively.The incidence of adverse reactions is also low.Therefore,the long - term treatment of bile duct is not ideal,so the effect of intraocular pressure is not ideal.Surgical treatment should be considered according to the patients condition.
