摘　　要：杨志敏教授倡"五脏六腑不和皆能令人不寐"之论,善于从阳虚、脾肾不足入手诊治慢性失眠。杨志敏教授认为,填精固肾,恢复肾主封藏的机能有益于部分慢性失眠患者康复。菟丝煎,由菟丝子、人参、山药、当归、酸枣仁、茯苓、炙甘草、远志,配合鹿角霜、白术共十味中药材组成,具有固肾填精,补益心脾的功效,适用于不寐病证见肾虚不固,心脾两虚者。该方药是杨志敏教授学术经验的延续,丰富了《中医内科学》应用温补药、从肾论治不寐学术思想。Professor YANG Zhimin advocates the viewpoint that five zang-organs and six fu-organs if not in pairs can induce insomnia. And she is expert in remedying the pattern of yang deficiency and spleen-kidney qi deficiency with more successful examples and higher cure rate. Professor YANG considers that part of chronic insomnia patients can benefit from replenishing essence to secure kidney and recovering the function of kidney storing essence. Tusijian, consists of 10 medicinal materials, Dodder Seed, Ginseng, Common Yam Rhizome, Chinese Angelica, Spine Date Seed, Poria, Liquorice Root, Milkwort Root, Degelatined Deer-Horn,White Atractylodes Rhizome, possesses the effect of replenishing essence with securing kidney, tonifying and replenishing heart and spleen,which can cure the insomnia with syndrome of kidney qi deficiency and heart-spleen deficiency. Professor YANG has retrofitted the academic system about curing insomnia in the way of recovering the kideny function and useing the method of interior-warming and tonifying medicinal.
