双腔喉罩在院外心肺复苏中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察一次性双腔喉罩在院外心肺复苏中的应用效果。方法对2014年1月一2017年11月遂宁市中医院急诊科85例院外心肺复苏患者应用一次性双腔喉罩建立紧急人工气道，观察人工气道建立的时间以及血氧饱和度的变化。结果85例患者均一次性成功放置，建立人工通气时间约12—15 s，血氧饱和度可快速恢复至正常范围内。结论双腔喉罩建立人工气道具有操作简单易学、创伤小、成功率高等优点，是一种安全方便有效的气道重建方式，值得各级医院在院外心肺复苏中推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of disposable double-cavity laryngeal mask in the prehospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods On January 2014-November 2017 Suining Municipal Hospital of TCM Emergency Department, 85 cases of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） applications outside the disposable laryngeal mask for emergency of artificial airway, double cavity observation establishment of artificeal air passage of time, and the change of blood oxygen saturation.Results All 85 patients were successfully placed in one time, and the artificial ventilation time was established for about 12-15 seconds, and the blood oxygen saturation could be quickly restored to normal range.Conclusion Double cavity laryngeal mask establishing artificial airway have advantages of easy operation, small trauma and high success rate, is a safe, convenient and effective way of airway reconstruction, is worth popularization and application in hospitals at all levels in the pre-hospital CPR.
