乳腺癌患者钼靶X线征象与组织病理学特点的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者钼靶X线征象与组织病理学特点的相关性。方法选取2011年1月至2016年12月间北京市延庆区医院收治的840例乳腺癌患者进行回顾性分析,均于术前行钼靶X线检查,术后行组织学分级和肿瘤脉管浸润情况测定,对钼靶X线征象和病理学检查进行相关性分析。结果 840例乳腺癌患者中,24例(2.9%)患者无肿块、钙化征象,616例(73.3%)患者出现肿块,其中342例(55.5%)患者不同程度钙化,24例(2.9%)患者单独钙化,176例(21.0%)患者发生其他征象。钼靶X线征象相关性分析显示,非毛刺肿块有钙化的高组织学分级阳性率最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者钼靶X线征象与病理学特点部分相关,可作为乳腺癌的术前诊断进行推广。Objective To investigate the correlation between signs of molybdenum target X-ray and the histopathological features in breast cancer.Methods A total of 840 patients with breast cancer treated at Beijing Yanqing District Hospital between January 2011 to December 2016 were selected and retrospectively analyzed Preoperative X-ray examination and pathological examination were performed on all the patients.After the surgery, histological grade and vascular invasion were detected.Results Among the 840 patients with breast cancer,24 patients（2.9%） were not found to have lump and calcification,lump occurred in 616 patients（73.3%）,calcification of different degree occurred in 342 patients（55.5%）,single calcification occurred in 24 patients（21.0%） and other signs occurred in 176 patients（20.5%）.Analysis of signs of molybdenum target X-ray showed that histological grading positive rate was high in patients with calcificated non-burr lump（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The molybdenum target X-ray signs for breast cancer are related to the pathological features and can be popularized for the preoperative diagnosis.
