优质护理在儿童急性白血病患者中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨急性白血病患儿采用优质护理方案的临床意义。方法选取2017年6月至2018年3月间延安大学附属医院收治的86例急性白血病患儿进行回顾性分析,采用优质护理干预方案的43例患儿纳入观察组,采用常规护理干预方案的43例患儿纳入对照组。对比两组患儿心理状态改善情况、家属护理满意度及家属遵医效果。结果干预后,观察组患儿的焦虑和抑郁量表评分均低于对照组患儿,观察组患儿不良反应发生率为7.0%,低于对照组患儿的16.3%,观察组家属护理满意度为97.7%,高于对照组的90.7%,观察组家属遵医行为各项指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论开展优质护理干预方案护理急性白血病患儿,能改善患儿的预后情况,提高家属的依从性,适合推广。Objective To analyze the value and significance of high-quality nursing program in the clinical nursing work in children with acute leukemia. Methods From June 2017 to March 2018,a total of 86 children with acute leukemia treated at Affiliated Hospital of Yan＇an University were included in the study.The children were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 43 children in each group.The observation group received high quality nursing intervention and the control group received routine nursing intervention.Effect of the two kinds of nursing intervention programs on the psychological status of the children,family care satisfaction,and family members＇ compliance were compared and analyzed.Results After the interventuion,the scores of anxiety and depression were lower in the observation group than in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.9% in the observation group which was lower than 16.3% of the control group.The satisfaction rate was 97.7% in the observation group which was higher than 90.7% of the control group.The adherence rate of each index in the observation group was higher in the observation group than in the control group（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Quality nursing intervention not only significantly improve the prognosis of children,but also help improve family compliance in children with acute leukemia and it is suitable for promotion.
