摘　　要：文章介绍了由中国石油大连润滑油研究开发中心所研制的烷基水杨酸盐体系船用中速机油配方,该配方采用烷基水杨酸盐清净剂并复合分散剂、抗氧剂等添加剂,调合成TBN40的船用中速机油,并成功应用于曼恩公司四冲程发动机32/44 CR的润滑。经过超过6500 h的长时运行,对该发动机进行拆机检测,同时对油品进行跟踪检测,证明该润滑油可以满足其发动机的润滑需求,同时在整个润滑油使用过程中,表现了良好的清净分散性能,优异的抗磨损性能。This paper introduces a 40 TBN marine trunk piston engine oil developed by Petro China Dalian Lubricating Oil RD Institute,which was formulated by alkyl-salicylate detergent,anti-oxidant,dispersant and other additives. This oil had been successfully applied to the lubrication of MAN BW 32/44 CR four-stroke engine. After a long operation time exceeding 6500 hrs,the engine was disassembled for evaluation,the tracking test result indicated that the oil can meet the lubrication requirements of the engine. And good dispersancy and detergency,as well as excellent anit-wear property show during the use of lubricating oil.
