摘 要:我国首艘海洋核动力平台是典型的非自航式船舶,此类船舶的减摇问题一直以来都是困扰着船舶行业的难题,此外,由于搭载核动力装置,因此平台对减摇的需求更加迫切。本文依托海洋核动力平台实际设计项目对平台的减摇方式进行研究,通过分析海洋核动力平台运行环境及运动性能,对平台的减摇需求进行论证,进而根据平台自身特点,对减摇装置进行筛选,并着重对减摇水舱及减摇陀螺方案进行设计和论证,最终将平台在设计海况下的摇摆幅度控制在合理的范围内,为此类问题的解决提供思路。The first marine nuclear power plant in China is a representative non-self-propelled ship, the problem of this kind of ship's stabilizer has always been plaguing the shipbuilding industry, what's more, owing to containing nuclear-powered machinery, the requirement of stabilizer is more sharp. This paper study the stabilizer of Marine Nuclear Power Plant which rely on the actual design of it, demonstrating the requirement of stabilizer by analyzing the operation environ-ment and athletic performance of marine nuclear power plant, then screening the stabilizer which rely on the characteristic of it, what's more, this paper designed and demonstrated the Anti-roll Tank and Anti-roll Gyro plan specially, finally con-trolling the range of roll in the reasonable rang under the design sea condition, which provides a way to solve this kind of problem.
