摘  要:为研究当量比对CH_4/RP-3航空煤油燃烧特性的影响,在定容燃烧弹中获得初始温度480K、初始压力0.1 M Pa、甲烷含量20%和80%、当量比0.7~1.5工况下CH_4/RP-3航空煤油混合燃料火焰发展特性图片,并分析了当量比对两种甲烷含量混合燃料马克斯坦长度及层流燃烧速度等的影响。结果表明,随着当量比的增加,拉伸火焰传播速度呈现先增大后减小的变化规律,说明当量比影响火焰拉伸率,进而影响拉伸火焰传播速度。随着当量比的增加,混合燃料马克斯坦长度逐渐减小,燃烧稳定性逐渐变差,且低甲烷含量混合燃料燃烧稳定性变化更为明显;混合燃料层流燃烧速度呈现先增加后减小的变化规律,当当量比大于0.9时,20%甲烷含量混合燃料层流燃烧速度略高于80%甲烷含量混合燃料。In order to study the effects of equivalence ratio on the combustion characteristics of CH4/RP-3 kerosene,the flame development characteristic photos of CH4/RP-3 kerosene mixed fuel were obtained in a constant volume chamber with initial temperature of 480 K,initial pressure of 0. 1 MPa,methane addition of20% and 80%,and equivalence ratio of 0. 7-1. 5,and the influences of the equivalence ratio on the Makstein length and laminar burning velocity of mixed fuels with two methane content were further analyzed. The results show that with the increase of equivalence ratio,the stretched flame propagation speed increases initially and then decreases,which means that the equivalence ratio affects the flame stretch rate,and subsequently affects the stretched flame propagation speed. With the increase of equivalence ratio,the Makstein length of the mixed fuel decreases gradually,indicating that the combustion stability becomes worse,and the combustion stability with lower methane addition changes more obviously; the laminar burning velocity of the mixed fuel increases gradually and thereafter decreases. When the equivalence ratio is more than0. 9,laminar burning velocity for the mixed fuel with 20% methane addition is slightly faster than that with80% methane addition.
