摘　　要：目的探讨海尔福口服液对急性胰腺炎小鼠的作用。方法通过对小鼠腹腔注射L-精氨酸(L-Arg)构建急性胰腺炎模型,采用海尔福口服液对模型小鼠进行灌胃,分析比较各组小鼠(生理盐水组、海尔福组、L-Arg组、LArg+海尔福组)的血清淀粉酶含量变化及病理组织形态学变化。结果与生理盐水组对比,L-Arg组的血清淀粉酶含量显著提高(P<0.05),病理切片出现腺泡明显水肿、空泡化,小叶间隙增宽等表现;与L-Arg组相比,海尔福干预组的血清淀粉酶含量显著降低(P<0.05),病理切片图表明胰腺小叶结构完整,腺泡水肿程度减轻。结论海尔福口服液能减轻L-Arg诱导的急性胰腺炎的炎症程度,降低血清淀粉酶含量,促进炎症恢复。Objective To investigate the effects of Haierful oral liquid on acute pancreatitis in mice.Methods Acute pancreatitis model was established by intraperitoneal injection of L-arginine（ L-Arg） in mice,and the model mice were given Haierfu oral liquid by intragastric administration.And then,the changes of serum amylase content and pathological histomorphology of mice in each group（ saline group,Haierful group,L-Arg group and Haierful ＋ L-Arg group） were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the saline group,the serum amylase content significantly increased in the L-Arg group（ P0.05）,and the histopathologic sections showed obvious edema,vacuolation and widening of interlobular septum,etc. Compared with the L-Arg group,the serum amylase content in the the Haierful group significantly decreased（ P 0. 05）,and the pathological sections showed that the pancreatic lobule structure was intact and the acinar edema degree reduced.Conclusion Haierful oral liquid can reduce the inflammation degree of acute pancreatitis induced by L-Arg,reduce serum amylase content,and promote the recovery of inflammation.
