摘 要:采用水解制备高沸硅油的方法处理有机硅高沸物,研究了加水速度、封端剂和中和剂用量对反应及产物的影响。较佳工艺条件为:加水速度控制为前15 min加入质量分数5%的蒸馏水,前45 min加入质量分数35%的蒸馏水,后45 min均匀加水较适宜;封端剂用量6%~8%;碱洗时每100份经水洗的酸性高沸硅油依次采用60份碳酸钠质量分数10%的碳酸钠溶液、1. 5份氨水、2份固体轻质碳酸钠处理。制得的高沸硅油外观无色,黏度低于50 m Pa·s,酸值为0. 04 mg KOH/g。Silicone high boiling residues was prepared by hydrolysis to deal with high boiling silicone oil. The effects of the speed of adding the water, the amount of the blocking agent and the neutralizer on the reaction of the product were studied. Results show that the preferred process conditions were as follows: adding 5% distilled water in the beginning 15 minutes, and 35% distilled water in the first 45 minutes, and then feeding the water uniformly in the last 45 minutes. The content of the blocking agent was 6%-8%. For every 100 phr of acid high boiling silicone oil washed by alkali, 60 phr of sodium carbonate 10% by mass fraction, 1.5 phr of ammonia water, 2 phr of solid light sodium carbonate were used in turn. Under the condition, the high boiling silicone oil was transparent, with the viscosity of less than 50 mPa · s, and the acid value less than 0.04 mg KOH/g.
