摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺癌(PCa)组织中LncRNA HAGLR的表达水平及其与患者预后的相关性。方法通过实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术,检测96例PCa及癌旁正常前列腺组织HAGLR表达水平,分析HAGLR与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果 HAGLR在肿瘤组织的表达水平显著高于癌旁组织(P <0.01)。Cox多因素回归显示,Gleason评分、TNM分期及HAGLR的表达是影响PCa患者无复发生存率(RFS)的独立危险因素(P <0.05);生存分析显示,HAGLR的表达高低显著影响PCa患者的RFS。结论 HAGLR的表达水平显著高于癌旁组织,且与PCa患者的预后密切相关。HAGLR可作为评估PCa患者预后的潜在指标。Objective To investigate the expression level of LncRNA HAGLR in prostate cancer （PCa） and its correlation with prognosis of PCa patients. Methods The expression of HAGLR in 96 cases of PCa and adjacent normal prostate tissues was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The relationship between HAGLR and clinical characteristics and prognosis was analyzed. Results The expression level of HAGLR in tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues （P 〈 0.01）. Cox multivariate regression showed that Gleason score, TNM stage and HAGLR expression were independent risk factors for recurrence-free surival（RFS） in PCa patients（P 〈 0.05）. Surival analysis showed that the expression of HAGLR significantly affected PCa patients of RFS. Conclusion The expression level of HAGLR was significantly higher than that of adjacent tissues, and was closely related to the prognosis of PCa patients. HAGLR may be used as a potential prognostic marker for PCa patients.
