摘　　要：现代医学教育不仅要包括技术技能,还要注重人文素养的培养。ACGME和ABMS制定的六项核心能力中,职业精神作为一项重要能力而被列入。文章阐述了我国古代、现代以及国外医师职业精神的内涵。探讨了在临床医学专业硕士学位与住院医师规范化培训相结合的形势下,培养医师职业精神的重要意义。住院医师职业精神的培养是一项持续性的系统工程,一项伟大的实践。职业精神的培养应从加强人文课程建设;树立医院文化;从实践中学习,培养终身学习能力;完善评价体系等方面入手。使其融入到医师自己的价值体系中,成为价值观的一部分。希望通过这一系列的具体途径进行实际性操作能够培养出更高素养的医学人才。希望为住院医师规范化培训工作提供一些有益的参考。Modern medical education should not only include technical skills, but also pay attention to the cultivation of humanistic quality. In the six core competencies formulated by ACGME and ABMS, professional spirit is included as an important ability. This article expounds the connotation of the professionalism of doctors in ancient China, in modern times and abroad. This paper discusses the signifcance of cultivating the professional spirit of doctors under the situation of combining the master＇s degree of clinical medicine with the standardized training of residents. The cultivation of the professionalism of residents is a continuous systematic project and a great practice. The cultivation of professional spirit should start with strengthening the construction of humanities courses, establishing hospital culture, learning from practice, cultivating lifelong learning ability, and improving the evaluation system. Integrating it into the physician＇s own value system becomes a part of the values. It is hoped that through this series of specifc ways to carry out practical operation can cultivate higher quality medical personnel. hope to provide some useful references for resident standardized training.
