摘　　要：基于标准化病人模拟医患沟通场景的剧本是以医患矛盾冲突为切入点,由标准化病人和教师扮演医患双方,将医学人文精神和医学科学精神及医患沟通技巧整合交融,并最终用于医学生医学人文精神与医患沟通技巧的教育教学活动中。在剧本的设计过程中,不但要考虑沟通中所涉及的相关医学知识的准确和专业,还要根据目前医患矛盾和冲突比较集中和严峻的焦点和难点问题设计剧本,找出极易导致医患矛盾和冲突的问题所在,并讨论和解决。在进行医患沟通场景剧本编写的过程中,应设计模拟患者的性格特征,从而考核相应的沟通技巧。The script based on standardized patient simulating doctor-patient communication scene is to take the conflict between doctor and patient as the breakthrough point, by standardized patients and teachers to act as both doctors and patients, integrating the humanistic spirit and scientifc spirit of medicine and doctor-patient communication skills, and ultimately used in the teaching activities of medical humanistic spirit and communication skills of medical patients. The script will be designed to contain characters of doctors and patients, time, location, background and communication key points, based on representative cases of doctor-patient contradiction and confict. The script will be designed and carried out with not only accurate medical knowledge and terminology, but will be concentrated on the key and difficulty of doctor-patient contradiction. As a result, it is feasible to find out the key problems of doctor-patient contradiction and the problems will be further discussed and resolved. In the procedure of script written, we should accurately simulate the character of patients thus to test the communication skills with patients.
