摘  要:临床医学八年制的教育方案,是为了培养高水平的医学人才。临床见习课是将医学理论知识逐渐转化为实践经验的重要桥梁课程。目前八年制医学生的神经外科临床见习课程不能满足八年制学生的需求。为了提高八年制医学生的神经外科学临床见习课的教学质量,文章采用了主动见习融通教学模式的探讨和实施。从根本上改变了八年制医学生的神经外科临床见习课的教学方式,并且通过在课程中运用CBL教学和PBL教学等多种教学方式,有效地激发了学生的学习自主性,提高了学生临床思维能力,也加强了学生的技能操作水平,从而提高了八年制神经外科临床见习课的教学效果。The eight-year education program for clinical medicine aims to cultivate high-level medical personnel. Clinical apprenticeships are important bridge courses that gradually translate medical theoretical knowledge into practical experience. Currently, the neurosurgical clinical apprenticeship course for eight-year medical students cannot meet the needs of eight-year students. In order to improve the teaching quality of the neurosurgical clinical internships for eight-year medical students, this paper adopts the discussion and implementation of the active probationary integration teaching model which fundamentally changed the teaching methods of neurosurgical clinical internships for eight-year medical students. And we used various teaching methods such as case-based Learning and Problem-Based Learning in the course. This teaching method effectively stimulate students' learning autonomy, improve students' clinical thinking ability, and also strengthen the students' skill operation level, thus improving the teaching efect of the eight-year system of neurosurgical clinical internships.
