摘  要:目的通过应用临床技能考核评价体系,对住院医师规范化培训的神经病学临床技能进行考核和评价,探讨临床技能考核评价体系对住院医师规范化培训的意义。方法研究对象为规范化培训住院医师68名,根据不同年级分为三个组,2014年级组,2015年级组和2016年级组。采用行动研究法,按住院医师规范化培训专科医师培训标准制订教学计划,并且制订神经病学临床技能考核评价体系,规范化培训结束后,应用该体系考核评价住院医师临床基本技能。考核结果以(x-±s)表示,不同年级考核结果之间的比较采用方差分析。结果2016级成绩高于2015级(P<0.01),2015级成绩高于2014级(P<0.01)。结论在教学实践中,应用临床技能考核评价体系能够提高住院医师规范化培训神经病学的临床技能。Objective By evaluation system of clinical skills, to assess and evaluate the neurological clinical skills of resident standardized training, and to explore the significance of clinical skills evaluation system for resident standardized training. Methods 68 residents in standardization training were studied. The 68 residents were divided into three groups according training times in grade 2014, grade 2015 or grade 2016. With action research method, evaluation system of clinical skills was used in teaching when standardization training. Evaluation system of clinical skills were formulated according standardization training. By the end of training, evaluation system of clinical skills were used to test clinical skills of residents. Analysis of variance were used for comparison between three groups. The examination results were expressed with(x-±s). Results The score of grade 2016 was higher than grade 2015(P 〈 0.01), the score of grade 2015 was higher than grade 2014(P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The evaluation system of clinical skills can enhance residents nurology clinical skills in standardization training.
