摘 要:目的探讨细节化管理干预对神经外科护理质量的影响。方法将2016年3月—2018年3月90例神经外科患者信封随机方法分组,对照组予以护理常规干预,实验组应用细节化管理干预。比较效果。结果实验组满意人数高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组神经外科护理操作技术评分、护理质量优于对照组,P<0.05;护理后实验组生活质量Spitzer指数、幸福指数优于对照组,P<0.05;实验组投诉率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论细节化管理干预在神经外科护理中的应用效果确切,可减少护理投诉,提高满意度,提升整体护理管理质量和改善患者神经功能、幸福指数。Objective To investigate the effect of detailed management intervention on the quality of neurosurgery care. Methods From March 2016 to March 2018, 90 patients in department of neurosurgery were randomly divided into groups according to envelopes. The control group was given routine nursing interventions. The experimental group applied detailed management intervention, results were compared. Results The number of satisfied people in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, P 〈 0.05; The nursing skill score and nursing quality of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05; After nursing, the Spitzer index and happiness index of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05. The complaint rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Detailed application of management intervention in neurosurgery care is effective, can reduce nursing complaints, improve satisfaction, improve the overall quality of care management and improve the patient’s neurological function, quality of life.
