摘  要:目的探讨认知和行为教育对中晚期妊娠孕妇情绪管理和自护技能的影响结果。方法选择78例中晚期妊娠孕妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,试验组39例,对照组39例,对照组孕妇给予常规中晚期妊娠护理干预,对试验组孕妇进行认知和行为健康教育和干预。干预周期为2周,比较两组孕妇自我情绪管理状况、自护技能掌握及护理服务满意度。结果干预前,两组孕妇焦虑抑郁(SAS、SDS)评分及自护技能评价差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。干预后,试验组孕妇自我情绪管理方面焦虑抑郁评价(SAS、SDS)得分均明显低于对照组,试验组自护技能及护理满意度得分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论认知和行为教育可以显著改善中晚期妊娠孕妇焦虑抑郁情绪,提高自护技能和护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive and behavioral education on emotional management and self-care skills of pregnant women in middle and late pregnancy. Methods 78 cases of middle and late pregnancy pregnant women were selected as study subjects. They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method. There were 39 cases in the experimental group and 39 cases in the control group. The pregnant women in the control group were given conventional mid-late pregnancy nursing intervention to the experimental group. Pregnant women conduct cognitive and behavioral health education and interventions. The intervention period was 2 weeks. The self-emotion management status, self-care skills, and nursing service satisfaction of the two groups of pregnant women were compared. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression(SAS, SDS) scores and self-care skills between the two groups of pregnant women, with no statistical significance(P 〉 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression(SAS, SDS) in the selfemotional management of pregnant women in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The self-care skills and nursing satisfaction scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Cognitive and behavioral education can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of pregnant women in middle and late pregnancy, improve self-care skills and nursing satisfaction.
