摘　　要：针对"农村订单定向培养"学生的职业能力和职业面向需要,通过建立健全师承教育运行机制、逐步优化师承教学团队结构、致力于教学改革和教学资源建设以及服务社会等方面,进行探索与实践,建设成为一支院系融合、专兼结合的"双师型"中医师承教学团队。Targeted at the vocational capabilities and needs of students of order - based training program, a ＂dual - qualified＂ TCM team, which integrates resources at both college and department levels and includes both full - time and part - time personnel, is to be set up through es- tablishing and improving the teacher - apprentice educational system , gradually optimizing the structure of the teaching team, being dedicated to teaching reform, building teaching resources, and serving the society.
