摘　　要：目的探讨智能计步设备在军队医院长跑组训中的应用价值。方法分析以往长跑组训中存在的问题,通过问卷调查和小分队试训方式探索智能计步设备应用于长跑组训的可行性和优缺点。结果智能计步设备应用于军队医院长跑组训有灵活性、科学性、公平性等特点,可明显提高长跑组训的参训率和训练效果。结论智能计步设备应用于军队医院长跑组训设备易于获得,依从性高,值得应用推广并深入研究。Objective To explore the value of smart step device which applicated to long-distance running training in military hospitals. Methods Analyze the problems existing in the long-distance running training in the past,through questionnaire and the team tryout way to explore the feasibility and the advantages and disadvantages of the smart step equipment device which was used for long-distance running training. Results Smart step device used in the long-distance running training has advantages such us flexibility,scientificness,fairness and so on. Training compliance and effect can be significantly improved. Conclusion Smart step device applied to long-distance running training in the military hospital has the advantages of equipment readily available and high compliance. It is worthy to further study for promoting and application.
