摘　　要：文章系统梳理当前海军基层军医参加住院医师规范化培训的三种方式,分析查找其中的矛盾问题,并提出推进军地接轨、拓宽培训渠道、加强顶层设计、探索军事特色突出的军队住院医师规范化培训制度体系等建议。This paper systematically reviews the three approaches for military surgeons from grassroots units participating in standardized resident training at present,and analyzes the problems one by one. We suggest that standardized resident training of military should promote cohesion between troops and local authorities,broaden training channels,strengthen top-level design and establish a system with prominent military characteristics.
