摘　　要：随着"一带一路"推进和深入发展,社会对物流技术人才的需求量将越来越大。文中分析了"一带一路"背景下物流仓储、物流外语、物流信息及物流金融四个方面的高职物流人才的需求特点,接着从培养目标、培养方案、师资队伍、实验室、实训项目、技能大赛及校企合作等七个方面提出了基于"一带一路"的高职物流人才培养的对策及培养方案。With the＂One Belt One Road＂and promote in-depth development,the social demand for logistics technical personnel quantity will be more and more. This paper analyzes the demand characteristics of higher vocational logistics personnel＂One Belt One Road＂under the background of logistics warehousing,logistics,foreign logistics information and logistics finance in four aspects,then from the seven aspects of training objectives,training programs,teachers,laboratory,training project,skills competition and school enterprise cooperation are put forward vocational logistics personnel training countermeasures and training programs.
