摘 要:通过问卷调查,实证研究大学生学习兴趣、专业认同对教学质量评价和满意度的关系,以及专业认同和教学质量的中介效应。结果表明:专业兴趣对教学质量评价有显著的正向影响;专业兴趣对满意度的正向影响不显著;专业认同对教学质量评价和满意度有显著的正向影响;专业认同对高校大学生教学质量评价与满意度之间的中介效应明显;大学生专业认同不仅直接影响满意度,还通过教学质量间接影响满意度。Through the questionnaire,this paper empirically studies the relationship between college students' learning interest,professional identity,teaching quality evaluation and satisfaction,as well as the mediating effect of professional identity and teaching quality.The results show that the professional interest and the professional identity have significant positive impacts on the evaluation of teaching quality while the positive influence of professional interest on the satisfaction is not impressive;the mediating effect of the professional identity between teaching evalnation and satisfaction is remarkable;college students' professional identity not only directly affects the quality of teaching satisfactione but also has indirect influence on satisfaction through the teaching quality.
