内置金融合作社:激活农村金融资本——基于河南信阳郝堂村的观察与思考

摘　　要：随着现代化与城镇化的不断推进,我国传统的乡土社会日益解体,而现代化的乡村社会体系并未构建起来。河南信阳郝堂村利用内置金融的模式,促进了村集体经济的发展,但郝堂村的内置金融模式存在管理主体不明确、资金来源渠道单一等问题,因此通过"内置金融+外置金融+农村土地合作社"模式,明确管理主体,提高村民组织化程度等途径激活农村金融资本,促进农村的发展。With the continuous progress of modernization and urbanization,the traditional rural society in our country is gradually disintegrated,but the modern rural social system has not been built up.Through the built-in financial model,Henan Xinyang Hao Tong has promoted the development of the collective economy of the village.However,the built-in financial model Hao Tong also has some problems,such as unclear management main body,single source of funds and other issues.Therefore,the mode of＂the internal finance＋external finance＋ mode of rural land cooperatives＂,clarifies the management body,activates the rural financial capital by improving the degree of organization of the villagers and other means,and promotes the development of rural areas.
