电视胸腔镜手术切除后纵膈良性神经源性肿瘤的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价电视胸腔镜手术治疗后纵膈良性神经源性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法以120例2015-06—2016-06在鹤壁市人民医院确诊的后纵膈良性神经源性肿瘤患者为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组治疗方法为脊柱旁小切口胸膜外切除,观察组治疗方法为电视胸腔镜手术,对2组临床疗效进行比较。结果观察组手术所需时间(102.9±7.15)min、住院时间(7.65±1.32)d、术中出血量(184.10±67.85)mL均少于对照组手术所需时间(164.3±8.55)min、住院时间(12.70±0.75)d、术中出血量(275.35±75.13)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(23.33%)明显低于对照组(50.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用电视胸腔镜手术治疗对后纵膈良性神经源性肿瘤的治疗效果较好,可减少术中的出血量、手术所需时间和住院时间,安全性高,不良反应小。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for benign neurogenic tumors.Methods A total of 120 patients with benign neurogenic tumors diagnosed in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomLy divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paraspinal small incision extrapleural resection,the observation group was treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time required for surgery in the observation group（102.9±7.15）min,the length of hospital stay（7.65±1.32）d and the intraoperative blood loss（184.10±67.85）mL were all lower than that of the control group（164.3±8.55）min,length of stay（12.70±0.75）d and intraoperative blood loss（275.35±75.13）mL,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group（23.33%）was significantly lower than that of the control group（50.00%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of benign neurogenic tumors of posterior mediastinum.It can reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,the time required for surgery and the number of hospital stays.It has high safety and low adverse reactions.
