以文化人视域下劳模文化育人机制与路径探析

摘　　要：以文化人实质就是用文化的方式"教化"人,它是一个"濡化"和"涵化"的过程,需要"感化"和"润化"。以文化人视域下劳模文化育人,要关注新时代青年的思想特点和需求,遵循劳模文化育人的规律,实现劳模文化的创造性提升。通过劳模文化与思政资源共享,将劳模文化融入思政课、贯穿育人全过程,实现渗透感化,影响润化。The essence of culturing people is to ＂cultivate＂people in a cultural way. It is a process of ＂immersion＂and ＂acculturation＂and requires ＂influence＂and ＂moisturization. ＂To educate people through the model culture from the cultural perspective,we must pay attention to the ideological characteristics and needs of young people in the new era,follow the laws of the model education and improve the creativity of the model culture. Through the sharing of the model culture and the ideological and political resources,the model culture will be integrated into the ideological and political education curriculum as well as the entire process of educating people to achieve permeation and influence of moisturizing.
