外阴部疣状黄瘤2例  

Vulva Verruciform Xanthoma:A Report of Two Cases

摘　　要：例1男,61岁,阴茎斑块2月余,破溃1月;例2女,69岁,外阴赘生物3年余。两例均有类似组织病理:角化过度伴角化不全,表皮乳头瘤样增生;真皮乳头见广泛泡沫样细胞。病例1放弃治疗,失访;病例2手术切除,随访8个月未复发。Two cases of verruciform xanthoma on the vulva were reported. Case 1 was a male aged 61 years who presented with plaque on penis for more than 2 months and rupture for 1 month; case 2 was a female aged 69 years who had neoplasm on vulva for more than 3 years. The two cases showed similar histopathology：epidermal papillomatosis, and collections of foam cells in papillary dermis. Case 1 gave up the treatment and was lost to follow-up, whereas case 2 showed no recurrence during the 8 months fol- low-up after surgical excision.
