摘  要:日本校园欺凌现象由来已久,且呈现不断增长的趋势。日本政府采取多种措施,积极应对这一问题。其中,强化学校道德教育,丰富道德教科书内容是重要举措之一。在"道德学科化"改革背景下,东京书籍、光村图书、学校图书三家出版社的道德教科书针对如何防止校园欺凌这一问题,在编写思想、内容构成、版面呈现以及细节处理上都做出了改变。但是,由于这些改变侧重于形式而非内容,因此从根本上解决校园欺凌问题仍然面临诸多困难与挑战。Campus bullying in Japan has a long history and is on the increase. In order to effectively deal with this problem,the Japanese government took various measures andachieved certain results,among which strengthening the school morality education and enriching the moral textbook content are important measures. The moral textbooks issued by Tokyo Shoseki publishing house,Mitsumura Tosho publishing house and Gakko Tosho pub-lishing house have made significant changes concerning how to prevent bullying,such ascompiling concept,content,layout and some details. However,since these changes mainlyfocus on form rather than content,therefore,it still faces many difficulties and challenges tosolve the problem of campus bullying.
