摘 要:目的初步评价新型齿科可切削复合树脂陶瓷的细胞相容性。方法依据国标和ISO相关标准制作CAD/CAM复合树脂陶瓷(UR)、CAD/CAM氧化锆(UZ)、光固化复合树脂陶瓷(SC)及各自与树脂粘接剂结合体标准试件(UR+、UZ+、SC+)的浸提液,并与L-929小鼠成纤维细胞共培养,1、3、5d后使用CCK-8法进行细胞增殖试验,评价各材料浸提液对细胞形态和增殖能力的影响。结果 UZ、UZ+、UR和SC组细胞在培养各时间段内都表现出较高的细胞增殖率,在第5d分别表现为95.1%、81.2%、87.1%和75.1%。UR+和SC+在培养5d后的细胞增殖率分别为70.6%和58.4%,两组光吸收度值分别为1.161和0.960,与阴性对照组1.645差异具有统计学意义,其中SC+组部分细胞镜下观察到边界模糊的形态。结论新型齿科可切削复合树脂陶瓷具有良好的细胞相容性。Objective To evaluate the cytocompatibility of new dental CAD/CAM composite resin-ceramics.Methods According to GB and ISO standards,standard test pieces of CAD/CAM composite resin-ceramics( UR),CAD/CAM zirconia( UZ) and light-cured composite resin-ceramics( SC) and their extract with resin adhesive were prepared and incubated with L-929 cell for 1 day,3 and 5 days. Then the morphology and proliferation of the cells were evaluated by the cell proliferation test( CCK-8 test). Results UZ,UZ +,UR and SC showed a high rate of cell proliferation during the whole period of time. The cell proliferation rates of UR + and SC + were 70. 6% and 58. 4% after five days. Significant difference was found in the OD values between these two groups and the negative control group. Some cells margin became fuzzy in SC + group. Conclusion The new dental CAD/CAM composite resin-ceramics has good cytocompatibility.
