摘 要:以碳纳米管为纳米载体负载抗肿瘤药物即可构建碳纳米管基抗肿瘤药物载体系统,该类载药系统有助于克服游离药物在血液中分散性差、体内代谢清除快、穿透细胞屏障能力差等缺点,从而提高肿瘤患者化疗效果并最大程度上减小化疗副反应。本文就现有的主要碳纳米管基抗肿瘤药物载体系统作一综述,并梳理现存主要问题及今后研究方向。Carbon-nanotube based antitumor drug delivery system can be constructed via loading antitumor drugs into carbon nanotubes. This delivery system helps overcome the shortcomings such as poor dispersion of free drugs in the blood, fast metabolic clearance in vivo and poor ability to penetrate the cell barrier, thus improve the effect of chemotherapy and meanwhile minimize the side effects of chemotherapy in cancer patients. This article reviewed the existing main carbon-nanotube based antitumor drug carrier systems, in order to summarize the research progress in this field and present the existing main problems and prospect research orientation in the future.
