摘　　要：本文阐述了应用型俄语人才在国际与国内的成功经验及"一带一路"倡议思想及其意义,通过对我国各高校培养应用型人才现状的分析,提出了内蒙古自治区培养应用型俄语人才的策略:提高教师队伍素质、优化课程设置、完善教学方法及创新教学模式。This paper expounds the successful experience of the application of Russian-language talents at home and abroad and the thoughts and significance of the＂Belt and Road Initiative＂.Through the analysis of the status quo of training applied talents in various universities in China,this paper proposes the cultivation of Russian-language application talents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Strategies：Improve the quality of teachers,optimize course settings,improve teaching methods and innovative teaching models.
