摘　　要：《伤寒论》认为口干的病机主要是津液输布失常或阴津亏损导致,津液输布失常主要与肺脾肾、三焦、少阳、肝等有关,而阴津亏损主要为燥热伤津或阴虚致燥,治疗上依据病机不同分而论之。津液输布失常者以小青龙汤散寒温肺化饮,五苓散化气布津,真武汤温阳利水,小柴胡汤疏理少阳气机,柴胡桂枝干姜汤和少阳、温阳开结,茵陈蒿汤清热祛湿,大陷胸汤急下、泻热逐水,便津液气化布散功能恢复,津液自布;阴津亏损者以白虎加人参汤清热益气生津,猪苓汤育阴润澡、清热利水,乌梅丸辛开苦降、寒热并用,黄连阿胶汤滋阴降火,大承气汤急下存津,既去邪热又补养阴津,使阴津得充,渴得止。临床治疗干燥综合征可参照用之。According to Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,the main pathogenesis of the dry mouth is caused by disorder of distribution of body fluid and loss of yin and body fluid. The disorder of distribution of body fluid is mainly related to dysfunction of the lung,spleen,sanjiao,shaoyang,disperse of the liver,while deficiency of yinand body fluid is mainly cause by dry heat damaging body fluid,or yin deficiency leading to dryness. In terms of treatment,Minor Green Dragon Decoction is usedto remove cold and warm the lung. Five Substances Powder with Poria is used to resolve qi and distribute body fluid. True Warrior Decoction is used to warm yang and promote dieresis. Minor Bupleurum Decoction is used toregulate shaoyang qi activity. Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig and Dried Ginger Decoction is used to harmonize shaoyang,warm yang and remove stagnation. Virgate Wormwood Decoction is used to clear away heat and remove dampness. Major Chest Draining Decoction is used to purge timely,purge heat and water retention. White Tiger Decoction Plus Ginseng is used to clear away heat and nourish qi and generate fluid. Polyporus Decoction is used to nourish yin and moisten dryness,clear away heat and promote diuesis. Mume Pill is pungent for dispersion and bitter for purgation. Coptis and Donkey-Hide Gelatin Decoction is used to nourish yin and lower fire. Major Chest Draining Decoction is used to purge timely,store body fluid,restore body fluid＇ s distribution function,or clear away heat and generate body fluid together,or nourish yin and clear away heat and promote dieresis together,or nourish yin and lower fire together,or use cold and heat together,or purge heat timely and restore body fluid. The above formulas can not only remove heat,but also nourish yin and body fluid to make yin and body fluid sufficient and stop dryness,so in clinical practice,they can be used as reference to treat sjogren syndrome（ SS）.
