牙周基础治疗联合一清胶囊对慢性牙周炎疗效及相关炎症因子检测意义

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周基础治疗联合一清胶囊对慢性牙周炎的疗效及相关炎症因子检测意义。方法收集126例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各63例。对照组接受牙周基础治疗。实验组在对照组基础上联合服用一清胶囊。比较2组的疗效,检测牙周状态相关指标(PD、SBI、PLI和AL)与龈沟液中的炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-17)水平并分析两者的相关性。结果实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组的PD、SBI、PLI和AL均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);实验组的PD、SBI和AL显著低于同期的对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和IL-17均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);实验组的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和IL-17均显著低于同期的对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和IL-17分别与PD、SBI、PLI、AL呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论一清胶囊联合牙周基础治疗疗效显著,可有效缓解炎症反应,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the efficacy of periodontal basic therapy combined with Yiqing capsules in significance of chronic periodontitis and inflammatory factors detection. Methods A total of 126 patients with chronic periodontitis were collected and randomly divided into experiment group and control group,with 63 cases in each group. The control group was given periodontal basic therapy. The experiment group was given Yiqing capsules based on periodontal basic therapy. To compare the efficacy between two groups,detecte index of periodontal status（ PD,SBI,PLI and AL） and inflammatory factors（ TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-17）,and analyze the correlation between index of periodontal status and inflammatory factors. Results The total effective rate in experiment group was significant higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）.After treatment,PD,SBI,PLI and AL in two groups were significant lower than those of prior treatment（ P〈0. 01）. PD,SBI and AL in experiment group were lower than those in control group,with the differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）.After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-17 in two groups were significant lower than those of prior treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-17 in experiment group were lower than those in control group,with the differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The correlation between inflammatory factors levels（ TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-17） and index of periodontal status（ PD,SBI,PLI and AL） was positively relative（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The periodontal basic therapy combined with Yiqing capsules has significant effect,which can remarkably alleviate the reaction of inflammation,so it is of promotion value.
