摘　　要：管理学的三大命题是管理之名、管理之道与管理之法。经营管理之道是管理的基本理念与准则。实践证明,即便在智能互联时代,它也是决定企业兴衰成败的基本规律。现代企业的经营管理之道是由价值创造、科学经营、以人为本、权变创新、系统优化五大理念与准则构成的体系,具有系统科学的理论支撑,经受了长期的实践检验,正在成为指导中国企业发展的共识,并在改革开放以来的经营管理活动中得到了验证。The three propositions of management science are the conception of management, the path of management and the methods of management. The paths of management and operation is the basic idea and criterion of management, which have been proved in practice that even in the Smart-Connection era, they are also the basic rules to determine the success or failure of enterprises. The management of modern enterprises is a system composed of value creation, scientific management, people-orientation, contingency innovation and system optimization. With the systematic scientific support and a long-term test, it is becoming a consensus to guide the development of Chinese enterprises, and has been verified in the operation and management activities since the reform and opening up.
