摘  要:从理性经济人视角看,人既具有公利性也具有自利性,同时也是理性人,在行为之前往往会权衡成本与受益,进而选取较为有利的行为。诚信"受益"小于失信"受益"是大学生失信行为的主要根源。大学生诚信品质形成的核心与关键在于塑造诚信品质心理,应从教育机制、激励机制、渗透机制三方面共同着手,形成大学生诚信品质的心理塑造机制,使其坚信诚信"受益无限",失信"损失无穷",从而实现"要我诚信"到"我要诚信"的心理转变。From the perspective of "rational economic man", people have the nature of seeking benefits for the public society and themselves, but also are rational. People often weigh the costs and benefits before they act, and then choose more favorable behaviors. The "benefit" of honesty is less than the "benefit" of dishonesty, which is the main source of college students' dishonesty. The core and key of the formation of the integrity quality of college students lies in shaping the psychological quality of college students' integrity. We should to construct the psychological shaping mechanism of college students' honesty quality from the three aspects of education mechanism, incentive mechanism and infiltration mechanism. So that college students believe that good faith is "benefited" and dishonesty is the "loss", and are willing to be honest.
