摘　　要：在科学技术突飞猛进,终身教育来临的现代社会,成人教育受到越来越多的关注。但传统的成人教育模式在发展中逐渐呈现出诸多问题,而微课的兴起则给成人教育带来的新的空间。本文结合微课的现状和特点,运用SWOT分析方法,对微课应用于成人教育的优势、劣势、外部机遇和威胁进行了分析。With the rapid development of science and technology and knowledge economy, adult education has been attracting more and more attention. However, because of various causes, many problems exist in the process of its development. The coming of the ear of Micro Class brings new hope for the development of the adult education. This paper made a deep research on the micro class application in adult education from advantage, disadvantage, opportunities and challenges with SWOT analysis.
