摘　　要：党的十九大明确了中国特色社会主义进入新时代的历史定位,为当代大学生思想政治工作指明了方向,亦提出了新要求。在"互联网+"信息快速发展的时代大环境之下,高校响应时代的发展变革,引入新媒体教学模式,创建新的教育教学理念。通过对以形式新颖、活泼生动的新媒体方式构建高校思想政治教育课堂,充分发挥思想政治教育者在课堂中的引领作用,建构一体化新媒体思政第二课堂教育体系,同时健全新媒体监控机制等提升高校思想政治教育课堂实效的路径论析,以期为新时代高校思想政治教育课堂实效的提升作出贡献。The 19 th CPC National Congress has established Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and made clear the historical position for socialism with Chinese characteristics to enter into a new era, setting the direction and proposing new requirements for college and university students' ideological and political education work.With the rapid development of "Internet plus", in response to the revolution in the new era, colleges and universities have introduced new media teaching mode, and set up new teaching idea. This study constructs classes of college and university students' ideological and political education by the novel and vivid new media, bringing the leading role of teachers in the classroom into full play. Furthermore, it establishes integrated new media educational system of ideological and political education as the second class. Meanwhile, it improves the new media teaching mechanism and ensure effective promotion path for ideological and political education class, to enhance the effectiveness of the class. Through this, the study hopes to be conducive to improving the quality of ideological and political education and teaching.
