艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年3月—2017年3月收治的晚期肺腺癌患者76例,随机分为观察组和对照组,均予培美曲塞联合顺铂化疗,观察组同时加用艾迪注射液。治疗两周期后,观察两组的疗效和毒副反应。结果:两组的临床疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的血液学毒性和胃肠道毒性发生率明显低于对照组。结论:艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗可以明显减轻晚期肺腺癌化疗的毒副作用,改善患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods： From March 2014 to March 2017,76 patients of advanced lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All patients received the chemotherapy of pemetrexed and cisplatin,while the treatment group was added with Aidi injection.After two cycles of treatment,observed the clinical efficacy and toxicity.Results： There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between two groups.The incidences of hematological toxicity and gastrointestinal toxicity with the treatment group were significantly lower than those with the control group.Conclusion： Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy can a11 eviate the toxicity of chemotherapy with advanced lung adenocarcinoma,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
