摘 要:目的:探讨自我管理教育对腰背痛护士疼痛、负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:选取(2015年1月至2017年1月)本院的88例腰背痛护士为研究对象,将本组腰背痛护士随机分为两组,对照组腰背痛护士给予常规的职业性腰背痛教育培训,观察组腰背痛护士以阶段转变模型为指导,对比干预前后两组腰背痛护士疼痛自我管理行为阶段分布和简式健康相关生活质量问卷(SF-12)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、VAS评分。结果:干预前两组腰背痛护士疼痛自我管理行为阶段分布对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组背痛护士行动期和维持期比例显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预前两组腰背痛护士SF-12、SDS、SAS、VAS评分对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组腰背痛护士SF-12、SDS、SAS、VAS评分均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:疼痛自我管理教育能促进护士参与疼痛自我管理的意义,进而改善负性情绪,降低腰背疼痛,促进生活质量提高。Objective: To explore the effect of self-managemenl education on pain, negative emotion and quality of life of low back pain nurses. Methods: (January 2015 42017) in 88 cases of low back pain of nurses in a hospital as the research object, the group of low back pain nurses were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing back pain in low back pain of occupation education and training, the observation group nurses with low back pain stages of change model as a guide, compared before and after the intervention of two group back pain nurses pain self-management behavior of phase distribution and the short form of health related quality of life questionnaire (SF 12), self rating Depression Scale (SDS), self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), VAS score. Results: The two groups before the intervention of low back pain nurses pain self-management behavior stage contrast distribution difference is not obvious, no statistical significance (P 〉 0. 05) ; intervention observation group pain nursing action and maintenance period was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of SF12, SDS, SAS and VAS between the two groups of nurses with low back pain (P 〉 0. 05). After the intervention, the scores of SF12, SDS, SAS and VAS of the nurses in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differ ence was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Pain self-management education can promote nurseg participalion in pain self-management, and improve negative emotions, reduce back pain and promote quality of life.
