基于Note Express文献计量学分析糖尿病性骨质疏松研究现状

摘　　要：目的:通过文献计量学分析国内有关糖尿病骨质疏松的研究现状与发展趋势,为该领域的研究提供数据参考。方法:利用Note Express软件,以中国知网数据库为资料来源,搜索1990—2016年国内有关糖尿病骨质疏松的所有文献,通过计量学对文献发表年度、学科分布、基金类别、研究层次等多方面统计分析糖尿病骨质疏松的文献研究状况。结果:共检索到相关文献1 094篇,文献从2010年以后快速增长;文献以内分泌、中医药基础研究为主;主要集中在河北、山东、广东、浙江等地的医学高等院校及其附属医院;获得各级科研基金资助文献仅占所纳入文献的0.09%,国家级基金资助项目从2012年以后增多。通过文献研究发现,糖尿病骨质疏松的发病机制主要与高血糖、胰岛素以及糖尿病并发症有密切关系。结论:糖尿病骨质疏松在我国开展研究的时间较早,但直到2010年以后才得到快速发展,基金资助力度较弱,机制方面的研究较少。Objective：To provide the data and reference for the researchers in the field by analyzing research status and development of domestic diabetic osteoporosis based on bibliometrics.Methods：By using Note Express software,CNKI was chosen as the data source,all the papers on domestic diabetic osteoporosis were searched from 1990 to 2016,the conditions of literature research on diabetic osteoporosis were statistically analyzed from the years,the subject distribution,the fund category,research levels and others based on bibliometrics.Results：All 1 094 papers were searched,the papers are increasing since the year of 2010 rapidly; the papers were about internal secretion and basic research of TCM mainly; mainly from medical Universities and colleges and their affiliated hospitals of Hebei,Shandong,Guangdong,Zhejiang and others; the papers supported by scientific research funds in different levels held 0.09% of all the included literature,national fund funded projects increased since 2012.It was found that the nosogenesis of diabetic osteoporosis was closely connected to hyperglycemia,insulin and diabetic complications by literature research.Conclusion：Researches on diabetic osteoporosis have been launched early,they have been valued and developed until 2010,while fund funded forces were poorer,and the studies on the mechanism were fewer.
