摘　　要：目的总结目前国内已有的鼻咽癌时辰化疗联合放疗的临床研究,探讨时辰化疗联合放疗对于中国鼻咽癌患者的疗效及安全性。方法在Pub Med、Cochrane Library、CNKI、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库中检索已公开发表的鼻咽癌患者时辰化疗联合放疗的随机对照试验,提取符合标准的文献中相关临床效应指标后进行meta分析。结果共纳入13篇研究,meta分析显示:对于国内鼻咽癌人群,时辰化疗联合放疗能有效提高治疗效果,同时使常见重度毒副反应发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论时辰化疗联合放疗可以有效提高国内鼻咽癌患者近期治疗效果,同时还能减轻多种常规化疗联合放疗所致的重度毒副反应,是值得进一步研究的治疗方法。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety- of chrono-chemotherapy for patients with nasophary-ngeal cancer in China by summarizing the domestic clinical study about the combined chrono-chemotherapy and radiotherapy of nasophary-ngeal cancer. Methods Randomized controlled trials of published combined chrono- chemotherapy and radiotherapy for nasophary-ngeal cancer were retrieved in the databases such as Cochrane Library, PubMed, CNKI, VIP, CBM and Wanfang. Meta-analysis was conducted on the clinical data of the eligible literatures. Results A total of thirteen articles were included. The meta-analysis showed that the treatment effect was significantly improved, while the incidence of severe side effects was significantly reduced in the domestic nasophary-ngeal cancer patients who had undergone combined chrono-chemotherapy and radiotherapy （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Combined chrono-chemotherapy and radiotherapy could improve the therapeutic effect and alleviate the severe side effects in patients with nasophary-ngeal cancer in China. It＇s a therapeutic method worthy of further study.
