教改背景下高校体育教育专业人才培养方案研究——以江西省为例

摘　　要：为提高教师教学质量,为国家造就更多的高素质专业化教师队伍,本研究采用文献资料法、对比分析和归纳总结等研究方法,以近年来出台的有关教师教育改革的一系列文件精神为依据,对江西省9所高校体育教育专业的培养方案进行了对比研究。结果显示:江西师范大学、井冈山大学和九江学院应对培养目标的科学性和准确性进行完善;除华东交通大学外,其它8所学院应将培养目标细化到毕业要求;除赣南师范大学和南昌大学外,其它7所学校应根据要求,开满学科基础理论和专业核心课程的必修课;南昌大学、华东交通大学、井冈山大学和九江学院等,应增加教师教育必修课程和学分。In order to improve the quality of teacher education so as to train more high - quality professional teachers for the country, the authors have carried out comparative study of the talent cultivation scheme of physical education program in 9 universities in Jiangxi province through literature study, comparative analysis and sumrrmry based on a series of documents concerning the reform of teacher education in recent years. Re-sults 1） Jiangxi nonnal university, Jinggangshan university and Jiujiang university should formulate more sci- entific and accurate training goal of the program; 2） Except for East China Jiaotong University,the training goals of the program in the other 8 universities should be refined to the graduation requirements ;3 ） Except for Gfinnfin NorrrifJ University and Nfinchfing University, the other 7 universities should offer the compulsory cour-ses of discipline basic theory and the core courses of the the program according to requirements ;4） Nanchang University, East China Jiaotong University, Jinggangshan University and Jiujiang University should increase compulsory courses and credits required by teacher education curriculum.
