摘  要:为了探讨不同浓度EM原露对重金属铅胁迫下沟叶结缕草活性氧代谢的影响,通过盆栽试验,喷施3种不同浓度的EM原露(稀释200倍、500倍、1 000倍),研究重金属铅胁迫下,不同浓度EM原露处理对沟叶结缕草丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明,重金属铅胁迫下,随着EM原露浓度的增加能提高SOD、POD、CAT酶活性,同时降低MDA含量,对保护细胞膜系统起到积极作用。重金属铅胁迫下,稀释200倍EM原露处理效果最好,有利于增强沟叶结缕草抗重金属的能力,且在草坪草管理中应用成本较低。The research aimed to study the influence of effective microorganisms (EM) on the active oxygen metabolism of Zoysiagrass matralla under lead stress.Through the pot experiment, the effect of EM on the MDA content, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) activity of Zoysiagrass matralla under lead stress with three different concentrations of EM (200 times, 500 times, 1 000 times) were studied.The results showed that, with the EM concentration increasing, SOD, CAT and POD all showed a rising trend, the content of MDA reduced at the same time, so the EM played a positive role to protect the cell membrane system.Among them, the effect of spraying 200 times of EM was the best to strengthen the heavy metal resistance ofZoysiagrass matralla, and also the lower cost of tuff grass management in the application.
