纳米树脂修复前牙切角缺损的牙髓修复效果

摘　　要：目的观察纳米树脂修复由龋病、外伤引起的前牙切角缺损的牙髓修复效果。方法选取我院就诊的前牙切角缺损患者132例(患牙168颗)为研究对象,根据其切角缺损原因分为龋病组(62例,患牙78颗)与外伤组(70例,患牙90颗),两组均使用Z350纳米树脂修复,观察两组患者3个月、6个月、1年、2年患牙牙髓活力情况。结果两组患者3个月、6个月、1年、2年均有牙髓活力异常者,且同一时期两组患者牙髓活力异常率无显著差异(P>0.05)。龋病组3个月与6个月牙髓活力异常率无明显差异(P>0.05),3个月与1年,3个月与2年牙髓活力异常率差异显著(P<0.05);外伤组3个月与6个月,3个月与1年,3个月与2年牙髓活力异常率均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 Z350纳米树脂没有保护牙髓的功能,且对龋病引起的前牙切角缺损患者的活力测试异常率会从6个月就开始随着时间延长有所增加,修复后应定期复查监测牙髓活力。Objective To observe the remediation effect of nanoment resin on the incisor defect of anterior teeth caused by dental caries or trauma. Methods A total of 132 patients with anterior incisor defects（168 cases with teeth defects） were selected as research objects. According to the causes of the incisor defects, they were divided into caries group（62 cases,78 cases with teeth） and trauma group（70 cases, 90 cases with teeth）. Z350 nanometer resin was used to repair the tooth pulp in the two groups. The activity of tooth pulp was observed for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years. Results Patients in the two groups had abnormal pulp activity at 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years. There were no significant differences in the abnormal rates of dental pulp activity between the two groups in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of dental pulp activity between 3 months and 6 months in the caries group（P〈0.05）, the abnormal rates of dental pulp activity in 3 months and 1 year, 3 months and 2 years has significant differences（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the abnormal rates of dental pulp activity in 3 months and 6 months, 3 months and 1 year, 3 months and 2 years in the trauma group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Z350 nanometer resin does not protect the function of dental pulp, and the abnormal rate of vitality test for patients with caries caused by anterior incisor defects will increase with time from 6 months onwards. After repair, dental pulp activity should be regularly reviewed and monitored.
