超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗年龄相关性白内障合并干眼症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗年龄相关性白内障合并干眼症的临床效果。方法将我院130例年龄相关性白内障患者按术前是否合并干眼症分为合并组(合并干眼症,65例,79眼)与单纯组(单纯年龄相关性白内障,65例,81眼),患者均给予超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术。比较两组的手术治疗效果。结果合并组不同时间OSDI评分均高于单纯组,BUT和SIt均短于单纯组(P<0.05)。与术前1 d比较,两组术后OSDI评分升高,BUT及SIt均降低(P<0.05)。与术后1个月比较,两组术后3个月OSDI评分均降低,但合并组仍高于标准值;BUT及SIt均升高,但两组均低于标准值。结论超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗年龄相关性白内障术后短期会出现干眼倾向,术前合并干眼症者表现更为明显。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in age-related cataract with xeroma. Methods A total of 130 patients with age-related cataract in our hospital were divided into combined group（combined with xeroma, n=65, 79 eyes） and simple group（age-related cataract, n=65, 81 eyes） according to whether they were combined with xeroma before surgery. Patients were given phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. The surgical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The OSDI scores of the combined group at different time were higher than those of the simple group, and BUT and SIt were shorter than those of the simple group（P〈0.05）. Compared with 1 day before surgery, the OSDI scores of the two groups increased after surgery, while BUT and SIt decreased after surgery（P〈0.05）. Compared with 1 month after surgery, the OSDI scores of the two groups slightly decreased, but that of the combined group was still higher than the standard; BUT and SIt of the two groups slightly increased, but those in both groups were still lower than the standards. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in age-related cataract has a tendency to xeroma in the short term. These findings are more pronounced in patients with xeroma before surgery.
