摘 要:为探讨上部不同叶位烟叶质量对烘烤工艺的响应,开展了三段式烘烤工艺下的上部烟叶两次采烤研究。结果表明:随着叶位的升高,烟叶整体质量呈下降趋势。其中:倒1~3叶烟叶的外观质量与评吸质量评价得分总分、主要经济性状指标可用性指数(ECI)、主要化学成分指标可用性指数(CCUI),依次低于倒4~6叶2.6分、2.9分、1.6和4.4,烟叶中性挥发性香气成分总量低于倒4~6叶135.2μg/g。研究试验为上部烟叶采摘成熟度控制、采收方式及配套烘烤工艺,提供了技术参考及理论依据。In order to explore the response of different leaves position on the quality of the upper flue-cured tobacco leaves, field experiment with the twice-harvesting-curing to the upper flue-cured tobacco leaves based on the three-stages curing technology was carried. The results showed that with the increase of leaf position, the overall quality of tobacco leaves showed a downward trend. Total evaluation score of appearance and smoking quality, ECI and CCUI of the reciprocal the 1 th-3 th leaves were lower 2.6 point,2.9 point,1.6 and 4.4 than that of the reciprocal the 4 th-6 th leaves, and total quantity of the neutral volatile aroma components of flue-cured tobacco leaves was lower 135.2μg/g. It provides a theoretical basis and technology reference for maturity controlling, harvesting methods and matching flue-curing process.
