摘 要:某轮式车电动轮集成了外定子轮毂电机、行星减速机构和电磁鼓式制动器,需要设计满足空间尺寸需求和功能需求的新结构轮辋.从结构设计、刚强度校核和模态分析3个方面进行新轮辋的设计与校核.结果表明新设计的轮辋满足电动轮对轴向与径向空间的需求;与轮胎和制动鼓盘连接结构设计合理;在考虑胎压和负载时轮辋与地面之间3种典型位置下最大应力均小于材料屈服极限;轮辋的固有频率与制动鼓盘的固有频率在2 000 Hz之内没有接近的值.其整体性能满足该车电动轮的需要,目前正装车进行试验,未发现问题.A new structure rim needs to be designed to meet space dimensional and functional requirements for an electric wheel of an wheeled vehicle, which integrates an external stator hub motor, a planetary gear reducer and an electromagnetic drum brake. The rim of new design is analyzed from three aspects of structural design, rigid strength checking and modal analysis. The results show that the newly designed rim meets the axial and radial space requirements; the connection structure with the tire and the brake drum plate is reasonable; when considering the tire pressure and load, the maximum stress at the three typical locations between the wheel rim and the ground is less than the yield limit of the material; the natural frequency of the rim is not close to the drum disc within 2000Hz. Its overall performance meets the needs of the electric wheel of the car,the assembled cars are, tested and no problems are found at present.
