摘 要:为了解决车辆传动系统载荷谱测试过程中,转速高、扭矩大和温度变化范围广的环境中传动轴扭矩测量和数据传输困难的问题,研制了基于蓝牙4.0技术的车辆传动轴动态扭矩实时测量和无线传输测试系统.建立了传动轴动态扭矩信号预处理方法.在此基础之上,开展了实际车辆行驶过程中传动轴动态扭矩测试试验并且对数据进行了预处理.试验结果表明:在高转速等复杂工况下测试系统工作性能良好,能够准确地实时测量传动轴的动态扭矩;在信号预处理方面,箱线图法对异常值的去除有明显的效果.相对于小波分析通用阈值去噪方法,小波分析自适应阈值去噪对传动轴动态扭矩信号的去噪更具有针对性和准确性.In order to solve the problem of measuring the vehicle load spectrum under the condition of high rotation speed, large range of torque, acute temperature variation, oil pollution and so on, a wireless system based on Bluetooth 4.0 for measuring the torque of vehicle transmission shaft and transmitting the torque data was built. In addition, a method of torque data preprocessing was given. The experimental results show that the working performance of the measuring device is satisfitable under file conditions of high rotational speed environment. more over, the de-noising method of box diagram has significant effect on the removal of outliers in signal preprocessing. Compared to the de-noising method of wavelet analysis with a common threshold, employing an adaptive threshold provides a better de-noising effect.
